RECLAIM. RESTORE. REVEAL.

A local outfit that clears land

Who you are calling

Run by Lazaro Creagh

Oak Ridge Land Management LLC works out of Lincolnton, North Carolina. The phone is answered by the person who does the work and who prices the job.

The work is forestry mulching first. A mulching head grinds standing brush, briars and small stems where they are and lays them back down as a mulch bed. There is no burn pile to permit, no trailer loads to haul off, and the ground is left covered rather than scraped bare.

Around that sit the jobs that finish a site properly. Clearing to a line, grinding the stumps out, rough grading so water runs off it, and cutting a trail or a drive so you can actually get to the back of the place.

How a job runs

Three steps, no surprises

01
Walk it

We meet you on the property and walk the ground you want opened. You mark the line you want held and say what stays.

02
Price it

Acreage, how thick it is and how the machine gets in decide the number. You get that number before anything starts, at no charge.

03
Clear it

The head goes down and the material stays on site as mulch. When we pull off, you should be able to walk the whole of it.

Straight answer

What we will not tell you

This is a young business and we are not going to dress it up with numbers we have not earned yet. What is on this site is the work itself, photographed on the jobs, before and after, from the same spot. Judge it on that.
